FREE WEDDING ALERT

1. TO ENTER #4theUpstatewithLove (the “Contest”) you must complete and submit your entry by following the instructions found on the Contest page. Contest submissions close on Tuesday, February 28th, 2023 at 11:59 pm. This is for FIRST TIME weddings only. There is one (1) grand prize to be won from among all the eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Winner will be announced on Thursday, March 2nd, 2023. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
2. Wedding will take place on Sunday, August 6th from 5pm - 9:30pm with a 5:00 pm ceremony and reception from 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm.
3. #4theUpstatewithLove Wedding Giveaway is open only to residents of the fifty {50} United States {including District of Columbia} who are at least eighteen {18} years old at the time of entry.
4. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to reply to the notification email within the required time period (one week), potential winner forfeits prize.
5. All prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the vendor’s sole discretion. Prize is not convertible to cash. Participating vendors reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use not expressly described herein. Guest count, date, and included prizes will be determined by CHEF360 and associated participating vendors.
6. CHEF360 Catering is the exclusive caterer for this giveaway and the menu will be decided by CHEF360 Catering.
7. Winner will be required to sign and abide by the contract from CHEF360 Catering and all participating vendors where applicable.
8. Winner will be required to coordinate all packages through each vendor as well as sign and abide by any contracts, rules, and regulations by participating vendors.
